Roberts, Stabenow Announce Conservation, Forestry Witnesses

U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Chairman Pat Roberts, R-Kan., and Ranking Member Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., announced witnesses for the Committee's upcoming hearing on conservation and forestry.

The "Conservation and Forestry: Perspectives on the Past and Future Direction for the 2018 Farm Bill" hearing, set for June 29 beginning at 9:30 a.m. in 216 Hart Senate Office Building in Washington, D.C., will include:

Panel I

- Tom Tidwell, Chief, Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington, D.C.

- Jimmy Bramblett , Deputy Chief, Programs, Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington, D.C.
